It’s time for a break from the competing songs at this year’s Sanremo Festival. It’s the fourth evening, which means it’s time for Covers Night! It is, of course, taking place tonight in the Ariston Theatre in Sanremo. Tonight, all 25 acts are going to sing either an Italian or International song from the 1960s, 70s, 80s, or 90s. Some artists have also invited guest singers to perform the covers with them!
Also confirmed were tonight’s guests. They include actor Lino Guanciale, and on the Costa Toscana cruise ship, Orietta Berti and Rovazzi will host the Pinguini Tattici Nucleari. They came 3rd at Sanremo in 2020 with the hit “Ringo Starr”. Finally, actress Maria Chiara Giannetta will be hosting tonight, along with Amadeus.
Tonight we will find out only the top 3 aritsts from the voting. The other details will be revelaed at an unknown time. All three juries will vote on tonight’s covers: the public televote (34%), la the Italian Press (33%) and the demoscopic jury (33%).
