LIVE: First Semi Final of Una Voce Per San Marino

Good evening everyone, and welcome to our live blog of the first semi final of San Marino’s national selection – “Una Voce Per San Marino”. In tonight’s show a total of 20 acts are going to compete, from a total of 65. The jury will rank all contestants, and the best nine are going to make it to the Emerging Artists’ Final, which is going to take place on the 18th of February.

I’ve been into Eurovision since 2000 when Alsou made a huge breakthrough for Russia on Eurovision stage. Since 2008 I started to follow Eurovision national selections as well, and it was a point of no return. Thanks to this Contest I discovered a lot of good music and also many (if not most) of my friends. It’s difficult to name my favorite song but I prefer guitar or ethnic music. But I can definitely name the capital city, flag colors and best Eurovision entry for each country!
