Recording of Greek music video underway!

In November we informed you about the five shortlisted artists to represent Greece at Eurovision 2022. In December it has been revealed that Amanda Tenfjord will be the Greek representative at the contest. Now there are news about the music video recording which is underway.

As Eurovisionfun reveals the location chosen to be the one where the official Greek music video for Eurovision 2022 is the island of Symi. They also announce that the recording of the video is planned for the next week when Amanda will travel there together with the director of the video Kostas Karydas as well as other members of Greek delegation and stuff of ERT in order to record it.

The location is chosen because ERT wants to showcase Greek elements and culture through it so they chose the landscapes of Symi. As they additionally wrote Amanda will arrive in Athens this Sunday and depart to Symi, where she will stay for three days.

As the Semi Final Allocation Draw revealed, Greece will be performing in the 2nd half of the first semi-final scheduled to take place on 10th of May. At Eurovision 2021 Greece has returned back to top 10 with Stefania’s “Last Dance” which ended the show on 10th place with 170 points. You can watch her performance below
