Azerbaijan will release their Eurovision entry on March 21st!
In mid February 2022, the Azeri broadcaster Ictamai announced Nadir Rüstəmli as their representative at the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin. Nadir rose to fame in his home country, when he won The Voice of Azerbaijan with his versatile voice. Since then, he has gained huge popularity in his country.
Azerbaijan is one of only two participating countries that have not released their song for this year’s competition yet. However, the official Eurovision Song Contest Instagram account just posted that Azerbaijan’s Eurovision entry would drop this Monday, which is the 21st of March.

Nadir also posted a small teaser of his Eurovision song on his YouTube channel, which is showing him running across a meadow in the dark, towards another person. The next frame is showing him screaming and the word “Stay” is revealed. Could this potentially be the title of his song? We will find out more on Monday!
