Tonight the final of Icelandic selection for Eurovision Song Contest 2022, Söngvakeppnin takes place. Björg Magnúsdóttir, Jón Jónsson and Ragnhildur Steinunn Jónsdóttir will be the hosts of the show during which five acts will be trying to get the ticket for Turin. Two acts qualified from the first semi-final, two from the second and one additional act was selected as the wild card for the final.
The competing acts are as follows:
- Stefán Óli – Ljósið,
- Sigga, Beta and Elín – Með Hækkandi Sól,
- Reykjavíkurdætur – Turn This Around,
- Katla – Þaðan Af,
- Amarosis – Don’t You Know

Tonight’s voting will be done in two rounds after the first round the decision will be made by 50% jury and 50% and the two acts will advance to the super final, during which those two acts will be voted only by the audience and the one with majority of votes will be chosen to represent Iceland at Eurovision 2022.
