Maro wins Festival da Canção and will represent Portugal at Eurovision 2022!
In the last few minutes, and after four hours of shenanigans, the winner of Festival da Canção 2022 was revealed to be Maro, the final act of the 2022 roster to be chosen in a national final, and will go to Turin with her song Saudade, saudade.
In a tense voting sequence, Maro saw off challenges from Os Quatro e Meia and FF, who finished 2nd and 3rd respectively.
The full results, which were comprised of 50% regional juries and 50% public vote, are as follows:

Portugal will perform in the second half of the first semi-final of Eurovision 2022 in Turin, on 10th May.
