RTP reveals the full semi-final results of Festival da Canção 2022!

The Portuguese broadcaster RTP has just revealed the full semi-final results of Festival da Canção 2022. Each of the two semi-finals had ten songs performing and the five most voted acts qualified to the final. 50% of the votes were decided by professional juries and the other half by the Portuguese televoting. In the event of a tie, the act with the higher amount of jury points was ranked higher.

Both the jury and the televoting gave out points in the classic Eurovision system. These are the full semi-final results!

Semi Final 1

1. Maro – “saudade, saudade” – 22 points (12J+10T)

2. Os Quatro E Meia – “Amanhã” – 18 points (6J+12T)

3. FF – “Como É Bom Esperar Alguém” – 16 points (8J+8T)

4. Diana Castro – “Ginger Ale” – 14 points (10J+4T)

5. Aurea – “Why?” – 14 points (7J+7T)

6. Fado Bicha – “Povo Pequenino” – 11 points (5J+6T)
7. Valas & Os Astronautas – “Odisseia” – 7 points (4J+3T)

8. Norton – “Hope” – 7 points (2J+5T)

9. Kumpanhia Algazarra – “A Minha Praia” – 5 points (3J+2T)

10. The Mister Driver – “CaliSun” – 2 points (1J+1T)

Semi Final 2

1. Milhanas – “Corpo de Mulher” – 20 points (12J+8T)

2. Inês Homem de Melo – “Fome de Viagem” – 19 points (7J+12T)

3. Pongo & Tristany – “Dégrá.dê” – 16 points (10J+6T)

4. Syro – “Ainda Nos Temos” – 14 points (4J+10T)

5. Pepperoni Passion – “Código 30” – 13 points (8J+5T)

6. Jonas – “Pontas Soltas” – 13 points (6J+7T)

7. Os Azeitonas – “Solta a Voz E Canta” – 9 points (5J+4T)

8. Blacci – “Mar No Fim” – 6 points (3J+3T)

9. Vampiro Submarino – “Ao Lado de Mim” – 4 points (2J+2T)

10. Cubita – “Uma Mensagem Tua” – 2 points (1J+1T)

The final was eventually won by Maro with the song “Saudade, Saudade”, making it the Portuguese representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2022 in Turin.
