Romania’s National final is over and the winner is. The winner was selected by five jury members (Alexandra Ungureanu, Ozana Barabancea, Randi, Cristian Faur, Adrian Romcescu) and the public, the public voice was only 1/6 of the final results. Dora won the public vote, followed by WRS and Gabriel Basco. In the final, many Eurovision 2022 representatives, like Intelligent Music Project, Stefan, Andrea, Vladana, We Are Domi, Ronela Hajati, Zdob & Zdub and former Eurovision 2016 winner Jamala, performed as special guests.

Romania returned to the National Final format after 2 years of having an internal selection with Roxen. In 2020 they organized a final for the public to selected Roxen’s song but the artist was chosen internally the TVR.
