Day three of rehearsals sees the acts due to perform in the first half of the second semi-final. And first up today is The Rasmus from Finland, with their first rehearsal of ‘Jezebel’

The staging is similar to their branding from the UMK performance with heavy use of yellow and black. We have large black balloons, and of course Lauri has his bright yellow raincoat. This for sure will open semi-final 2 with a real bang!

In the press conference, Lauri shared how happy the band are to be playing live with audiences again, having not had a full concert since 2020; and how great it felt to win UMK with such a strong line up of acts. The band list their favourites in the competition as being Greece, United Kingdom, Spain and Sweden.

They describe Jezebel as being about a modern boy or girl, someone who is independent, rebellious and a little bit dangerous, but very much in control of their own life.
