First Rehearsal: Israel ๐ฎ๐ฑ โ Michael Ben David ‘I.M’
For the second rehearsal of the day, we find Michael Ben David who’s performing ‘I.M.’.
A stylish quintet (Michael and three other dancers in white, one dancer in black) are serving slick moves on stage, to go along with the bop that is ‘I.M.’.
Most of the lighting will be in black and white, to go along with the outfits of Michael and his friends, but you’ll see the background turn to red quite a few times as well, matching the spicyness of this entry!
In his press conference, Michael shared that his idol is Nicole Scherzinger, of the Pussycat Dolls. He also shares that just six months ago he was working as a cashier in a supermarket and how his experience at X-Factor, ultimately leading to this opportunity at Eurovision is changing his life. His mentor was Netta, and he describes her as his favourite Israeli entrant. His favourites in this year’s competition are WRS from Romania and Chanel from Spain and he cannot wait to meet them!
