Lara Trpčeska and Irina Davidovska to represent North Macedonia in Junior Eurovision!

Eleven days ago we learned the name of the first Junior Eurovision 2022 participant as Mariam Bigvava won the right to represent Georgia and today we get not one but two names, from North Macedonia!

It’s Lara Trpčeska and Irina Davidovska we’re talking about!
Broadcaster MRT had held an open call, inviting young singers between 9 and 14 to come and audition at the MRT studios in the capital of Skopje. A professional committee watched them, paying attention to criteria such as vocal, artistic and scenic quality. This audition was held last Thursday and not even a week later we learn that MRT have chosen to send this duo of Lara and Irina to Armenia!

From now on, Lara and Irina have 30 days to submit their song to MRT but in that effort, they will have access to MRT resources, to deliver a good final product to the broadcaster.

This is Lara’s latest release ‘Za ovoj svet’:

Last year North Macedonia were represented by Dajte Muzika, who sang ‘Green Forces’ and ended up at a respectable 9th place! But what kind of song do you hope Lara and Irina will deliver? Let us know in the comments or on our social media channels!
