Croatia will find 2023 representative through Dora 2023

HRT has announced the rules for the selection of the Croatian representative for the Eurovision Song Contest – Dora 2023, earlier today. The public competition is open from today until November 20th 2022.

 

Based on the competition, the expert judging panel will select at least 14 and at most 28 songs and four reserves. Only songs that have not been publicly performed or published in any way, and for which the authors of the music and lyrics have the rights according to the text of the competition, can be submitted to the public competition. Here’s where you can apply.

Croatian television has published the rules and regulations for the competition and opened the song submission window for Dora 2023 with the deadline set on 10 November 2022.

In 2022, it was Mia Dimšić, who waved the flag for Croatia, with ‘Guilty Pleasure’. Unfortunately Mia didn’t qualify to the Grand Final of 2022 Eurovision Song Contest, in Turin, Italy. Re-live Mia’s performance below:
