Participants of Junior Fest 2022 have been announced

RTSH has revealed the twenty acts which will be competing at Junior Fest 2022 which is their national selection for Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2022. The twenty singers were selected from open submissions which closed on 5th of September.

  2. Alesia Uruçi – “Qyteti im”
  3. Armela Kosta – “Ndriço”
  4. Armela Shane – “Shqipëria ime”
  5. Bjorni Maxhallaku – “Emocione për dy zemra”
  6. Dea Amoniku – “Nuk jemi lodër për asnjeri”
  7. Eisi Mehmeti – “Dilemat”
  8. Ejza Hoxha – “Plot ëndrra jetën e dua”
  9. Erta Jonuzi – “Premtim”
  10. Irsa Mashi – “Dua të besoj”
  11. Kei Piqani – “Shoqja ime më e mirë”
  12. Keit Hitaj – “Yjet e shpresës”
  13. Keitlin Gjata – “Pakëz diell”
  14. Noemi Pjetra – “Simfoni”
  15. Sara Elshani – “Adoleshentët”
  16. Sibora Teqja – “Ne jemi paqja që sundon në botë”
  17. Sindi Zeka – “Botë bardhezi”
  18. Viola Beshiri – “Qielli i moshës sime”
  19. Viola Gjyzeli – “Afrika”
  20. Melodi Heta – “Balerinë do bëhem”

RTSH is expected to announce the date of the selection in the upcoming days. At last years edition of the contest Albania was represented by Anna Gjebrea who performed the song “Stand by You”. She received 84 points which was enought for the 14th place at the show. You can check out her performance below

The following 16 countries have confirmed their participation at this years edition of the show: Albania, Armenia, France, Georgia, Ireland, Italy, KazakhstanMaltaNorth MacedoniaPolandPortugalSerbiaSpainThe NetherlandsUkraine and for the first time after 17 years United Kingdom.
