Kejtlin Gjata to perform “Pakëz Diell” for Albania at Junior Eurovision

Kejtlin Gjata has won the Albanian national final for Junior Eurovision 2022 and will represent her country in Yerevan. She will perform the ballad “Pakëz Diell”, composed by herself and Endri Muça on December 11th.

Today RTSH has held the national final show to choose the Albanian entry for the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Once again, the broadcaster has used the Junior Fest format to select the singer and song that will represent the country in the EBU’s contest for kids and teenagers.

At the show, 20 candidates performed their entries live in front of a jury panel, which was in charge of deciding the Albanian entry for Yerevan:

  • Ajlis Disha – Motrat shoqe
  • Alesia Uruçi – Qyteti im
  • Armela Kosta – Ndriço
  • Armela Shane – Shqipëria ime
  • Bjorni Maxhallaku – Emocione për dy zemra
  • Dea Amoniku – Nuk jemi lodër për asnjeri
  • Eisi Mehmeti – Dilemat
  • Ejza Hoxha – Plot ëndrra jetën e dua
  • Erta Jonuzi – Premtim
  • Irsa Mashi – Dua të besoj
  • Kei Piqani – Shoqja ime më e mirë
  • Keit Hitaj – Yjet e shpresës
  • Keitlin Gjata – Pakëz diell
  • Noemi Pjetra – Simfoni
  • Sara Elshani – Adoleshentët
  • Sibora Teqja – Ne jemi paqja që sundon në botë
  • Sindi Zeka – Botë bardhezi
  • Viola Beshiri – Qielli i moshës sime
  • Viola Gjyzeli – Afrika
  • Melodi Heta – Balerinë do bëhem

As has happened in previous editions, the winning entry is expected to be revamped and later released along with an official music video.
