Sam Ryder has announced that he will open this year’s National Television Awards in the UK later this month.
Sam said that ‘couldn’t be more excited’ to open the awards later this month when the Awards take place at the OVO Arena in Wembley, London.
The event will be broadcast live on the UK channel ITV at 9pm CET on 13th October.
Commenting on the news, Sam said:
“This year instead of watching I’ll be getting up off the sofa to actually perform at the NTAs! I couldn’t be more excited to spend the evening singing my head off and celebrating the work of such amazing individuals across the television industry!”.
The event will join a long list of other events that Sam has also performed at this year after placing 2nd at this years Eurovision, including when Sam sung at the late Queen Elizabeth’s Jubilee earlier this year (you can see Sam’s performance for this below)
