RTVE prepared Christmas special of Benidrom Fest!
Last week RTVE has released all of the songs which are competing Benidorm Fest 2023. Today we bring you the information about the special Christmas edition of Benidorm fest dedicated to artists which competed at previous edition of the show with the title “BeFest Stars”. The host of the show will be Alaska and it will be broadcast on the upcoming Monday, 26th of December with the beginning at 22.10 on La 1.
As verTele informs 11 of 13 participants have appeared at the promotional event organised by RTVE so the show is expected to feature performances of Rayden, Tanxugueiras, Varry Brava, Azúcar Moreno, Javiera Mena, Marta Sango, Sara Deopp, Xeinn, Gonzalo Hermida, Unique and the winner of Benidorm Fest 2022 Chanel Terrero.
Rigoberta Bandini and Blanca Paloma (who is also contestant of Benidorm Fest 2023) haven’t made their appearance at the event so their presence at the show remains to be confirmed. who do not appear in the advertisements published by TVE, remains to be confirmed.
In addition to previously mentioned artist another one was present at the event. The artists which should’ve opened the first semi-final of Benidorm Fest 2022 Luna Ki! Luna withdrew from the show because autotune couldn’t be used in the song. RTVE hasn’t revealed much details about the content of the show except it being a tribute to all of the competing artists but according to the trailer all of them will be once again performing their Benidorm Fest 2022 entries.
Benidorm Fest 2023 will be taking place on the following dates:
First semi-final – 31st of January
Second semi-final – 2nd of February
Grand Final – 4th of February
