Moldova received 60 songs for Eurovision 2023!

TRM announced today that 60 songs were submitted for their Eurovision 2023 selection, but only 33 of them made the cut for the live auditions. We can see some familiar faces among these 33 participants from the list, like Pasha Parfeni (2012), Aliona Moon (2013) and SunStroke Project (2010, 2017).

The live auditions will take place on 28th January and will be broadcast on Moldova 2 from 14:00 local time. Only ten participants will advance to the final and we will know them short after the live auditions. The finalists will chosen 100% by the jury.

The 33 participants are:

12.Y-Limit – Live in Harmony
13.Crista – Pădure verde pădure
14.Sunstroke Project – Yummy Mommy
15.NR 11 – Adio
16.VERA – Vremea ta

18.Sasha Bognibov – My Favourite Schoolgirl
19.Rise – Don’t trumble

Zdob si Zdub represented Moldova 3 times at Eurovision, their first appearance was in 2005 with “Boonika bate doba”, second one in 2011 with “So Lucky” and the most recent one, in 2022 with “Trenulețul”. In 2022, they teamed up with Advahov Brothers and finished 7th in the Grand Final with 253 points, after coming 2nd in the televote.
