Hype is building down under as Australia prepares to reveal its Eurovision 2023 artist and song on Tuesday (or Wednesday) on YouTube!
The video is set to premiere on the official YouTube channel of the Eurovision Song Contest at 19:30 CET Tuesday, that’s 05:30 on Wednesday in Sydney!
There has been a lot of mystery surrounding Australia’s Eurovision plans this year, when it was revealed that the national final show “Australia Decides” would not be renewed for a 2023 edition on the Gold Coast.
This marks Australia’s first internal selection since 2018 (excluding 2021 when Montaigne was invited to return). When Australia has chosen an artist internally, the country has a 100% qualification rate for the Grand Final.
