The Polish selection show Tu bije serce Europy has just finished and we have a winner for the Eurovision Song Contest – Blanka!

In a tense round of voting, Blanka secured the maximum 12 points from the Jury, with big crowd favourite Jann only receiving 7 points.

Once the viewers SMS votes had been added, it was revealed that Blanka had come out on top, with Jann finishing in the runner up position.

The show was filled with many guest artists including: Efendi, Stefania, Ochman, Kalush, Roxie and Sara James, as well as a special performance from 1994 legend Edyta Górniak.

Poland will perform in the 2nd half of the 2nd semi-final on May 11th in Liverpool, UK with the hopes of making it a 2nd consecutive final appearance.
