Romania’s Selectia Nationala took place last night in Bucharest, where the public all over the country decided that Theodor Andrei is going to represent his country in Eurovision 2023 with the song “D.G.T. (Off And On)”. Moments after he won, we spoke to Theodor and got his first impressions.
