Tonight, the 9th and last finalist of Unser Lied für Liverpool was announced in the new show “Alles Eurovision” on eurovision.de by hosts Alina Stiegler and Stefan Spiegel. The TikTok wildcard was won by Ikke Hüftgold, with more than 50%. In second place finished From Fall To Spring with 28% and JONA ended up in third place with 14%.
Known for performing and writing party hits, Ikke Hüftgold will compete in the German national final with “Lied mit gutem Text” (“Song with good lyrics”). In his second home Mallorca, he is known as Bierkönig (Beer King) and he also produced Germany’s biggest summer hit of 2022, “Layla”, which stayed at number 1 in the German charts for nine weeks.
That means that the full line-up for Unser Lied für Liverpool is now complete with:
