SVT released this morning the snippets for the Heat 3 of Melodifestivalen 2023. Seven acts will compete this Saturday with some familiar faces in the line-up such as Paul Rey and Nordman who have competed in Melodifestivalen before. Melanie Wehbe and Laurell are also no strangers for the contest, they have competed before as composers, but this is the first time they will be competing as performers at Melodifestivalen. The final will take place on March 11.

These are the competing acts of Heat 3:
Paul Rey – “Royals”
Casanovas – “Så Kommer Känslorna Tillbaka”
Melanie Wehbe – “For The Show”
Nordman – “Släpp Alla Sorger”
Laurell – “Sober”
Ida-Lova – “Låt Hela Stan Se På”
Marcus & Martinus – “Air”

So far, the following acts have qualified for the grand final:

Maria Sur – “Never Give Up”

While these 4 advanced to the semi-final:

Theoz – “Mer av dig”
Tennessee Tears – “Now I Know”

Last year Sweden was represented by Cornelia Jakobs with the song “Hold me Closer” and finished 4th in the Grand Final with 438 points.
