SVT released this morning the snippets for the Heat 1 of Melodifestivalen 2023. Seven acts will compete on Saturday with some familiar faces in the line-up such as Victor Crone who represented Estonia at Eurovision 2019, Loulou Lamotte who was part of The Mamas and was supposed to represent Sweden in 2020 but due the cancellation of the contest this didn’t happened, but also Jon Henrik Fjällgren, Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos and Tone Sekelius who have competed in Melodifestivalen before.
These are the competing acts of Heat 1:
Tone Sekelius – “Rhythm Of My Show”
Loulou LaMotte – “Inge Sorger”
Rejhan – “Haunted”
Elov & Beny – “Raggen Går”
Victor Crone – “Diamonds”
Eva Rydberg & Ewa Roos – “Länge Leve Livet”
Jon Henrik Fjällgren, Arc North feat. Adam Woods – “Where You Are”
Last year Sweden was represented by Cornelia Jakobs with the song “Hold me Closer” and finished 4th in the Grand Final with 438 points.
