Luke Black wins Pesma za Evroviziju and will represent Serbia in Eurovision 2023!

The Grand Final of Serbia’s Pesma za Evroviziju ended moments ago. A total of 16 acts competed in tonight’s Final held in the RTS Studios in Belgrade, and a combination of jury votes and televotes decided who is going to be representing Serbia in Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool. At the end of the very exciting voting sequence, the winner was decided – Luke Black with “Samo mi se spava”.

The results were decided by a mix of televoting and jury votes, each weighing 50% of the final result. The five member jury was:

  • Lena Kovačević (singer)
  • Dragan Đorđević (cello professor)
  • Nevena Božović-Ivanović (represented Serbia in Eurovision 2013 and 2019)
  • Slobodan Veljković Coby (composer and rapper)
  • Aleksandar Saša Lokner (musician, member of the pop-band Bajaga & Instruktori)

The favorite of the five of them was Nadja with “Moj prvi ožiljak na duši”, followed by Luke Black in second, and Filip Baloš in third place. Princ won the televote, whilst Luke Black finished in second place, but that was enough for him to win overall!
