Running Order Announcement Coming on Wednesday

We’ve had all 37 songs for the 67th Eurovision Song Contest for about a week now. Yet one big question had still been on the minds of many Eurofans – what will the running order be for the Semi Finals?

Well, we’re about to find out! At 19:00 CET on Wednesday, Eurovision will release the running orders for Semi Final 1 (Set for Tuesday 9th May) and Semi Final 2 (set for Thursday 11th May) on their official channels. This announcement comes a week earlier than last year, when we had to wait until 29th March 2022 for the same info about Turin.

We’ve known since January in which Semi Final each of the non-Big 5 countries (plus Ukraine) will perform when Liverpool hosted the Allocation Draw. Hosts Rylan and AJ also drew lots to see in which half of each Semi Final the countries would perform.

Having now heard all the songs and getting the preliminary information about the staging each country will bring to Liverpool, the host broadcaster BBC and the EBU have decided on a running order for both Semis. The goal is to create the most exciting show possible, and making sure similar songs and stagings aren’t preforming back-to-back, to allow each country a fair chance to shine!
