This is ESCBubble’s winner of Festival da Cancao 2023!

After two semi finals held over the last two weeks, Portugal’s Festival da Cancao reached its Grand Final which takes place tonight. A total of 13 acts qualified for tonight’s final, and they will compete to win over the hearts of the Portuguese public and the regional juries in order to win Festival da Cancao and go on to represent Portugal in Eurovision 2023 in Liverpool.

From the moment all 13 finalists were known, we asked you to let us know which of these are YOUR personal favorites. At the moment of writing this article, the current standings are as follows:

  2. Edmundo Inacio – A festa – 25%
  3. Claudia Pascoal – Nasci Maria – 12%
  4. Voodoo Marmalade – Tormento – 5%
  5. INES APENAS – Fim do mundo – 5%
  6. DAPUNKSPORTIF – World Needs Therapy – 4%
  7. Barbara Tinoco – Goodnight – 3%
  8. SAL – Viver – 3%

Our team members also listened to the 13 finalists, and voted. This is how our team members ranked the 13 entries overall:

As you can see, the favorite with both our readers and with our team members as well is Mimicat with her song “Ai coracao”, and she is thus ESCBubble’s winner of this year’s Festival da Cancao. She is followed closely by Edmundo Inacio in second place in both votes, and by Claudia Pascoal in third place.
