Plan your Eurovision 2023 trip with the VisitLiverpool App

Less than a week to go until the first rehearsals start in the Liverpool Arena and even less time until early fans will be arriving in the city as well. What could be their guide as they explore the city? The VisitLiverpool app!

Marketing Liverpool in collaboration with Liverpool ONE, have made a dedicated app which will give Eurovision fans visiting the host city the best experience possible! They will find information on the EuroFestival, the Eurovillage and many other Eurovision-themed events held across the city from the 1st until the 15th of May.

Next to that, tourist information, food and drinking spots, shopping ideas and Google Maps being integrated for travel advice can also be found there!

And to top it all off, the app can give you notifications about travelling, send updates on important events and lets you take a look at frequently asked questions about the city.

An extra tip: don’t forget to pick up a free visitor’s guide, available at both tourist information centers as well as cultural venues across the region.

Since the United Kingdom is hosting this contest on behalf of Ukraine, the front cover of the guide has been designed by Ukrainian artist Akelina. The design lets Liverpool and Ukraine mix together, ”United by Music” as this year’s slogan goes, symbolising support and equality.

Next to countless Eurovision fans, these 37 contestants will be travelling to Liverpool to shine on stage:

Will you be travelling to Liverpool this year? And will you be using the VisitLiverpool App?
