This was day 3 of the rehearsals already and in Liverpool today, we didn’t see ten countries perform (like the two days before). No, instead eleven countries rehearsed for the first time!

- Austria: Teya & Salena – Who the Hell Is Edgar?
- Albania: Albina & Familja Kelmendi – Duje
- Lithuania: Monika Linkytė – Stay
- Australia: Voyager – Promise
