Prior to this year’s edition of Eurostarz in Concert at the Water Rats in London, our very own Joe B got to chat to Iceland’s London boy Ari Olafsson, who represented his country in 2018 before moving to study Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy. Among other things, he discussed how he made the transition from football fanatic to theatre kid, how Eurovision connections go way back for him and his family, and how a particular run-in with a Hollywood A-lister left him lost for words.
