Junior Eurovision 2024 hosts revealed

RTVE has revealed the names of the three artists that will host Junior Eurovision on November 16th. Former participant Melani, Eurovision 2014 representative Ruth Lorenzo and actor Marc Clotet will guide the viewers through the show at Caja Mágica in Madrid.

Ruth Lorenzo

Best-known in this world because of her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2014, she was the host of this year’s Spanish national selection Benidorm Fest. The singer finished 10th in Copenhagen with the song “Dancing in the Rain”.

This is a responsibility like few others I have ever had as a presenter. I live it with the same enthusiasm, responsibility and fantasy as the young artists that will come to Madrid to share their music“.

Melani

The multi-talented singer, dancer and actress became the comeback entrant for Spain in the long-awaited return of the country in 2019. She was chosen internally after winning The Voice Kids and reached third place at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Gliwice. Apart from singing, Melani is also a dancer and actress and will be adding the host role to her curriculum this year.

Being there and living the experience from another point of view is one of my dreams. I will take the stage as an artist but also as a Eurofan, and I will try to make sure that you enjoy the festival as much as I will”.

Marc Clotet

Marc is known in Spain because of his roles in different films and TV series over the years. He now owns her own production company, which has allowed him to work with RTVE in the award-winning TV series “Esto No Es Suecia”.

Being able to host a show like this, in front of 30 million people, in English, and to follow and support the dream of so many girls and boys from all over Europe, makes me very happy”.
