These are the 8 finalists of Belgium’s Eurosong 2025
Belgian national broadcaster VRT was super busy this early morning, as their presenter Peter Van de Veire announced the names of the eight finalists of the Belgian national selection for Eurovision 2025 in Basel – Eurosong.
The eight finalists competing to become the successor of Mustii in Eurovision are:
- Grace
- Jelle van Dael
- Le Manou
- Leez
- Lenn
- Mentissa
- Red Sebastian
- Stefanie Callebaut
VRT will prepare and air two preview shows in January, where each of the eight artists will be able to present their competing entries. The Grand Final of Eurosong 2025 will take place on the 1st of February, where the winner is going to be selected by a mix of jury votes and televoting.
Mustii was internally selected to represent his country this year in Malmö, and he unfortunately failed to qualify for the Grand Final with his entry “Before The Party’s Over”. The last time Belgium hosted a national was when VRT was in charge of the selection two years ago, when Gustaph won Eurosong with “Because Of You”, and brought Belgium back to the top 10 by finishing 7th in the Grand Final in Liverpool.
