On 15th of November, Croatian broadcaster, HRT has closed the submission window for songs competing at Dora 2025. Today they have announced that a total of record breaking 221 enties has been submitted in order to take part in the Croatian national selection since its relaunch in 2019.

Next step will be the reviewing of all received entries and the things which will be rated the highest in this process are artistic value as well as the quality of music and lyrics. The only thing which is certain that Dora 2025 will take place in the second half of February 2025. The exact venue is still to be announced. Last years edition of the show was held in the studio of HRT in Zagreb while the previous years Dora traditionally took part at the Adriatic coast in Opatija.

The interest for Dora has risen after Baby Lasagna took the country to its best placement in the recent history of Eurovision. His entry “Rim Tim Tagi Dim” won the televote with 337 points Baby Lasagna has received a total of 547 points. You can check his performance below
