Melodifestivalen 2025 Semi-final running order is out
Sweden’s national selection, Melodifestvalen will start with the first heat on 1st of February. Today we finally know also the running order of the five-show-long semi final chain, so fans can write in their calendars, when their favourite is performing.
The running order is the following:
Semi-Final 1: Saturday 1st of February 2025, Luleå
- Albin Johnsén ft Pa. – “Upp i luften”

Semi-Final 2: Saturday 8th of February 2025, Gothenburg

After the five semi-finals, the final will be held in Stockholm, on the 8th of March 2025.
A total of 2794 songs were submitted to Melodifestivalen 2025, the 30 semi-finalists were chosen from the applications and also SVT invited artists to the show. From each semi-final 2 artists will qualify to the final, but after the 5th semi-final, the highest scoring 3rd place will also gets the chance to take part in the final in Stockholm.
