Ireland is once again going to be hosting Eurosong 2025 as part of their “The Late Late Show” on the 7th of February, in order to find Bambie Thug’s successor, and the Irish entry for Eurovision 2025, which will be held in Basel later this May. A total of six acts will be competing in this year’s Contest – one of which was a “wildcard” entry, as confirmed by the Irish Head of Delegation, Mr. Michael Kealy.
The six competing songs were announced during this week during The Ray D’Arcy Show broadcast on RTÉ Radio 1. The six acts competing in this year’s Eurosong are as follows (you can listen to their songs by clicking on the songtitles):
- Bobbi Arlo – Powerplay
- Reylta – Fire
- Adgy – Run Into The Night
- Samantha Mumba – My Way
- Emmy – Laika Party
- Niyl – Growth
