The second heat of the Swedish national selection has just taken place in Göteborg. Six acts have performed at today’s show, but only three have advanced to the next stages of the competition.

- Schlagerz – “Don Juan”
- Erik Segerstedt – “Show Me What Love Is”
- Klara Hammarström – “On and On and On”
- Fredrik Lundman – “The Heart of a Swedish Cowboy”
- Kaliffa – “Salute”
The three qualifiers have been decided after two rounds of public voting. In the first one, Erik Segerstedt went through to the final of Melodifestivalen 2025 after being the most-voted act. Then, the second round opened and the results of the first one were added to it to decide the second finalist of the night Klara Hammarström, who got the most points and qualified for the Grand Final. The second-placed from the second round also continues in the race to the final, so Kaliffa will take part in the Final Qual show, which is the new Andra Chansen.
