Australian broadcaster, SBS has revealed the act which they have internally selected for Eurovision Song Contest 2025. Go-Jo will wave the Aussie flag in the first half of the second semi-final which is scheduled to take place on 15th of May in Basel.

Marty Zambotto who goes by his stage name Go-Jo is set to perform “Milkshake man”. This year Australia is sending a producer, singer & songwriter from Manjimup in Western Australia. In his music, Go-Jo blends different genres such as R&B, Pop, Indie, electronic and hip hop. Marty got his first guitar at the age of 13 and first he began to produce and write songs for others before he decided to awaken Go-Jo. His most popular song is Mrs. Hollywood which has more than 6 million views on YouTube and 54 million streams on Spotify, you can check the official visualizer below

So far out of their 10 participations at the Eurovision Song Contest, Australia has organised three editions of their televised national final Eurovision – Australia Decides in 2019, 2020 and 2022. For the internal selection they have went seven times. Last December SBS has announced that there will be new commentators of the show as Myf Warhurst and Joel Creasy who have been on that task since 2017 are stepping down.

Australian broadcaster has already confirmed their participation at the next edition of Eurovision Song Contest as they have opened a call for the acts interested to represent the country at the next years edition of the show and all interested can contact them on the following email address – entertainment@sbs.com.au. The format for next year selection has not been revealed yet but in the comparison the broadcaster hasn’t had an open call for the acts willing to take part at this years edition of the Eurovision Song Contest.

Last year, Australia marked their second NQ being represented by Electric Fields whose “One Milkali (One Blood)” ended on 11th place of the semi-final getting a total of 41 point, missing out the final for only 6 points. You can check out their performance below.
