The Semi Final of Chefsache ESC 2025 – the re-branded German national selection, ended moments ago. A total of 14 acts competed in tonight’s show, nine of which were selected for next week’s Grand Final.
In tonight’s show the public had no say, only the juries. The standard jury panel consisting of Stefan Raab, Yvonne Catterfeld and Elton were joined by a guest jurory – singer-songwriter Max Giesinger. These four jury members narrowed down the 14 acts to a final nine. The finalists are (in order of announcement):

- Benjamin Braatz – Like You Love Me
- Cosby – I’m Still Here
- Abor and Tynna – Baller
- Feuerschwanz – Knightclub
- Leonora – This Bliss
- Lyza – Lovers On Mars
- The Great Leslie – These Days
