Melody wins Benidorm Fest 2025

Melody has just won Benidorm Fest 2025 and will represent Spain at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. 16 years after becoming a runner-up, she has got the bronze microphone after an exciting final featuring 8 contestants who qualified from the semifinals earlier this week. The winner of the Spanish national selection will perform the song “Esa Diva” in Basel.

At today’s show, the finalists have performed in the following running order:

  3. Mawot « Raggio di sole»

  4. Lachispa «Hartita de Ilorar»

  5. MelÖmana «I’m a Queen»

  6. J Kbello «V.I.P.»

  7. Lucas Bun «Te escribo en el cielo»

  8. Melody «Esa diva»

The winner was chosen by a mix of a professional jury panel, made up of national and international members, and the public via free online voting, which replaced the old demoscopic jury, and SMS. The members of the panel were:

Like in previous shows, the final of Benidorm Fest 2025 was hosted by the 2014 entrant Ruth Lorenzo alongside Paula Vázquez and Inés Hernand. Rigoberta Bandini, Nebulossa and Amaral were the guest artists and performed during the broadcast.
