Tonight, Melodifestivalen 2025 continued with Heat 3 live from Västerås. It featured six acts competing for only two spots in the Grand Final, while the third place act has qualified for a spot in the final via the Qualification Round, set to take place following Heat 5 on 1st March.
Edvin Törnblom and Kristina Petrushina hosted the show, which featured these six songs:
- Greczula – Believe Me
- Malou Prytz – 24K Gold
- Björn Holmgren – Rädda mig
- Dolly Style – Yihaa
- Angelino – Teardrops
- Annika Wickihalder – Life Again
After the first voting round, the winner was Greczula, who qualified directly to the final.
The remaining 5 acts competed in the second voting round, which had the following result:
- Malou Prytz – 24K Gold
- Björn Holmgren – Rädda mig
- Dolly Style – Yihaa
- Angelino – Teardrops
- Annika Wickihalder – Life Again
This means that Annika Wickihalder is the second finalist, while Dolly Style still has a chance to make the Final via the Qualification Round on 1st March.
Malou Prytz, Angelino, and Björn Holmgren are sadly eliminated.
Whoever wins Melodifestivalen this year will follow in Marcus and Martius’ footsteps at Eurovision. Last year, the twins placed 9th for Sweden with 174 points with Unforgettable!
