The 9th edition of Ukrainian national selection for Eurovision Song Contest, Vidbir finished moments ago. Ziferblat won and will be waving the Ukrainian flag in Basel in the 1st half of semi-final 1 which is scheduled for 13th of May.

The show was opened by a 9 former Eurovision representatives performing a legendary song “Smile for me” by Nazariy Yaremchuk. The 9 which hit the stage were: Jamala, MELOVIN, Kateryna Pavlenko (Go_A), Jerry Heil, alyona alyona, Ruslana, TVORCHII, Timofiy Muzichuk (Kalush Orchestra) and Tina Karol. The ones who hosted the show were Maria Efrosinina, Timur Miroshnychenko and Vasyl Baydak in addition to them Anna Tuleva hosted the pre-show and reported from the green room. Running order in the final was as follows:

4. Future Culture — “Waste My Time”
5. Masha Kondratenko — “No Time to Cry”
6. Khayat — “HONOR”

9. Ziferblat — “Bird of Pray”
10. DK Enerhetyk —  “Сіль”

The following artists performed as interval acts on the stage of Vidbir 2025:

• Artem Kotenko and Svitlana Tarabarova presented a special version of JESC 2024 song “Дім”
• Ruslana premiered her new song “Закрутила”;
• Badstreet Boys performed their hit “Eurosong”;
• Tina Karol sang a mix of her latest hits;
• Jamala had a special performance in order to mark the 15th anniversary of her work

The winner was selected by a combined vote of (jury + public)
