First details of Claude’s Eurovision Staging Revealed
Claude’s Eurovision choreographer Emma Evlein has shared some insight about the performance representing The Netherlands this year in Basel.
In an interview with RTL Boulevard, Emma Evelein has teased fans with what to expect from the performance of ‘C’est la vie’ in Basel. Evelin explained that the choreography on stage will be similar to what we have seen in the music video. However, the staging concept will be entirely different and is likely to be disconnected from the theme we have seen in the music video.
The creative director for the Dutch Eurovision performance in May will be none other than Pim Brassien, who has enlisted the help of lighting designer Henk-Jan van Beek to decorate the performance with the appropriate light spectacle.
Claude’s entry, “C’est La Vie” will be sung in French and English. Written by Claude himself alongside Léon Paul, Arno Krabman and Joren van der Voort. Krabman who co-wrote S10’s Eurovision 2022 entry “De diepte”, the song will represent The Netherlands in the first semi final on May 13th.
