Sad news arrive to us tonight from Israel, as we learn about the death of the well known and honoured event producer Tali Eshkoli.
Tali Eshkoli’s involvement in Eurovision was very diverse over the years. In 2013, she organized the Israeli national selection for Eurovision, which still remains the longest running song selection competition for Israel in this millennium. She was also the producer of the Israeli pre-party “Israel Calling”, as well as one of the producers of the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, which was held in Tel Aviv. Over the years she acted as the spokesperson and a jury member in many national finals all over Europe, including Benidorm Fest, Romania’s Selectia Nationala, and Melodifestivalen. And just last year, she produced Luxembourg’s comeback national final.
Tali passed away earlier today at the age of 60, after a long battle against a deadly disease.
The entire ESCBubble team send our sincere condolences to the family members, friends and colleagues of Tali.
