Last week it has been revealed that Switzerland has been internally selected Zoë Më as their representative at 69th Eurovision Song Contest in Basel. Today her entry for the contest “Voyage” has been released.

Zoë Më is a 24 year old singer-songwriter born in Basel. She is known for combining German and French in her music which describes as poetry-pop. When she was a kid her family moved to Germany, at the age of 9 she moved back to Fribourg,  Switzerland where she still lives today while her grandparents reside in Basel. In 2024 Zoë was awarded ‘SRF 3 Best Talent’ and ‘RTS Artiste Radar’ awards. Zoë wrote and composed the song in French and she sings about the life with more compassion and openness. Representing Switzerland at the ESC while we are hosting the contest is a huge honor and a surreal experience. I’m from Basel, and my grandparents live here. This is a full-circle moment, just like something out of a fairytale.
