The second semi-final of Portugal’s Festival da Canção has just concluded, and we now know the final six finalists.

A total of 10 songs participated, with the first five qualifiers being determined by a 50/50 mix of public and jury votes. These five were:

• Napa – Deslocado
• Diana Vilarinho – Cotovia
• Fernando Daniel – Medo
• Bombazine – Apago tudo
• Emmy Curl – Rapsódia da paz

A further televote-only window then determined a sixth wildcard qualifier from the remaining five songs. The public chose Henka as their final qualifier with the song I Wanna Destroy U.

Tonight’s show took place at RTP Studios in Lisbon, and was hosted by Tânia Ribas de Oliveira and Sónia Araújo. The grand final will take place next week, where tonight’s qualifiers will join the following, who made it through last week’s first semi-final, for Portugal’s ticket to Basel in May:

• Jéssica Pina – Calafrio
• Josh – Tristeza
• Marco Rodrigues – A minha casa
• Margarida Campelo – Eu sei que o amor
• Peculiar – Adamastor
