Marko Bošnjak: ‘I believe in myself, I believe in who I am and I want to live my life proudly’
The Eurovision 2025 pre-parties have just started with Eurovision in Concert taking place in Amsterdam last Saturday, a total of 30 artists performed their entries for ESC 2025, some of which did it for the first time. Before the show took place we had a chance to interview them.
We spoke with Marko who shared with us how does it feel to win Dora after his second attempt and what he faced after the victory in addition to that he had a special message for Serbian students. Find out more in our interview below
Marko Bošnjak is a musician who originates from a place called Prozor-Rama in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He rose to fame after he won the 2nd season of the Serbian music show “Pinkove Zvezdice” which gathered youngsters from all over the Balkan. To the Eurovision community Marko became famous after competing at Dora 2022 where he ended as the runner up with “Moli za nas”. After it became his breakout single he then took part at the 62nd edition of the Split Festival with “Pjesma za kraj” and then in 2023 he released “Spokojan” and “Nema” as his third and fourth singles. In June 2024, Marko performed at Zagreb Pride and in September 2024 he took part at a charity show for Gaza at Klub Močvara in Zagreb.
