Safura Alizadeh will read out Azerbaijan’s 12 points

2010 Azerbaijani Eurovision representative Safura Alizadeh will be the country’s spokesperson during the Grand Final of this year’s Eurovision Song Contest.

The announcement was made on the broadcaster’s official Instagram account.

Safura previously represented Azerbaijan with the song ‘Drip Drop.’ The song finished fifth at Eurovision 2010 which took place in Oslo, Norway. She then went on to be the country’s spokesperson at Eurovision 2011 and 2012 where she read out the points for Azerbaijan.

She now joins another three spokespersons which are to date confirmed to be reading out their country’s jury points at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest. They are Senhit for San Marino, Lorella Flego for Slovenia and Chanel for Spain.

Who do you think will be among the other spokespersons at this year’s contest?
