Hello and welcome to our live blog for the first heat of the Supernova.  Tonight we will see and hear performances from 11 artists, all of whom are competing for four spaces in the semifinal.  Next Sunday’s heat will complete the 8-song line up of that semifinal, which will take place on 19th February.  On 26th February the top four songs will compete to represent Latvia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv.
