Romania selects The Humans for Lisbon!

Just moments ago Romania held their annual Eurovision selection show Selecția Națională 2018 and after the televotes were tallied the Romanian public chose The Humans to represent them at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon.

Benefiting from performing in last place, the voting public had a whopping 60 minutes to decide who they wanted to be the Romanian act in Lisbon, and after a televote tussle between themselves, Alexia and Matei and Feli, the rock band came out victorious.

They’ll have their work cut out for them once they reach Portugal if they want to match last year’s result! Ilinca and Alex Florea managed a very respectable 7th place at last year’s Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev, scoring 282 points in the Final.
