Azerbaijan to release their entry in the second week of March!

The deadline for song submission for the next Azerbaijani entry is 1st of February but we’ve got news about when could we expect the release of their next Eurovision entry.

Efendi’s vocal teacher Mila Miles answered a question on her Instagram account, announcing that the song will be released in the second week of March. As 12xal reports at the moment the songs which are submitted are being evaluated and later on will be shortlisted and presented to a  specialy created “Focus Group” and the song which they give most votes will get a chance to represent Azerbaijan at Eurovision 2021.

Azerbaijan joins Ireland, Greece and Iceland.

Last March Azerbaijan has revealed that Samira Efendi is going to be back as their representative at the stage of Eurovision Song Contest 2021. “Cleopatra” was her entry for Eurovision Song Contest 2020 and if we could expect something similar this year remains to be seen.
