Meet the 16 finalists of Montesong 2024
After a few years off, Montenegro is back in Eurovision, and will be competing in next year’s Contest in Basel. Earlier this morning, the 16 participants of the comeback national final rebranded to “Montesong 2024” have been announced.
The 16 contestants are as follows:
- Anastasija Koprolčec – Kraj
- Band “9” – Stop war
- Boban Rajović – Suze
- Dolce Hera – Repeat
- Đurđa – To ljubav je
- Glumci Band – San
- Isak Šabanović – Ljeto, ljeto, ljeto
- Kejt – Obala raja
- Luka Perazić & Rade Vukčević – Dva srca
- Luka Radović – Kada dođe maj
- Milena Vučić – Škorpija
- Nemanja Petrović – Među zvijezdama
- Neonoen – Clickbait
- Nina Žižić – Dobro došli
- Tina Džankić – Nova
- Verica Čuljković – Čuješ li
In the participant list we find a couple of familiar names – first and foremost, Nina Žižić who represented Montenegro along with WhoSee back in 2013, as well as Kejt who was the runner-up of Montevizija 2018 (as Katarina Bogićević), and Milena Vučić who competed in the Serbia & Montenegro national final back in 2006 with “Živa sam”, finishing in 19th place.
The winner will be selected by a mix of televotes and jury votes – the percentages of which are yet to be announced. The songs are expected to be released in the coming weeks.
